Journey to Jadin Jones
Growing up, multiple leaders have made substantial impacts on me during pivotal times in my life. I knew my purpose was to strive to make a similar impact on others. During my 11 years as a head football coach, I learned that the best teams don’t happen by accident. We intentionally developed the mindset, leadership, and culture that drive winning behavior.
In my journey, I had the privilege to meet and learn from Lucas Jadin. Years later, we formed Jadin Jones to help teams become more connected, respond better to challenges, and reach their ultimate potential. Now, we hope you’ll join us on your journey.
