I had the privilege to grow up in the community that Steve Jones taught and coached in. Although I didn’t play football in high school, I saw firsthand the systematic approach Steve’s team lived out to achieve the level of success they had.
When it came time to decide what I wanted to do in my professional career, I knew I wanted to be part of a team, passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves both personally and professionally.
Charlie started out as a summer intern when Lucas and Steve first launched Jadin | Jones, and as the years progressed, he’s grown into the role of Chief of Staff.
Charlie works closely with Lucas, Steve, and Pat helping with many behind-the-scenes operations, business growth and development, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Charlie has worked with many student athletes, both one-on-one and in group settings, and demonstrated his leadership as a coach in the Kimberly High School Basketball Program for multiple years.
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to collaborate with remarkable companies, together crafting teams that are not only connected and inspired but also truly successful.
